I went grocery shopping this morning, this was literally all that I bought. I’ve never felt so happy about what is in my fridge before in my life. Everything is so colorful, and I’m so excited to eat it and feel amazing.
After about an hour of contemplating, I’ve convinced myself to try a diet. I’ve never dieted before (I believe eating healthy and properly isn’t a diet), so this might be a little challenging, but the diet I found seems simple, and effective - hopefully.
I’m going to try the General Motors diet. The calories aren’t restricted, which is a good thing, and I enjoy all the foods you are allowed to eat, which is another good thing. I’m excited, and I can’t wait to see if this works. (:
